For Sean "Enrique" San Roman, Nazca Lines represents a lifelong dream and a tribute to his heritage. Born in Peru and raised there through the age of ten, Enrique developed a deep connection to the country’s culture, history, and extraordinary cuisine. After moving to the United States, he carried with him memories of family gatherings, traditional recipes, and the vibrant flavors that make Peruvian food one of the world’s most celebrated culinary traditions. Inspired by a desire to share those experiences with a broader audience, Enrique founded Nazca Lines to introduce authentic Peruvian cuisine and culture to the American public. Through every detail of the restaurant—from its menu to its design inspired by the ancient Nazca civilization, Enrique hopes to create a place where guests can discover the beauty, history, and spirit of Peru.
